The Department of Music at the University of Utah is pleased to announce
the launching of the Music Research Web Site.  This site is designed to
make conducting and disseminating music research easier and more
productive.  The url for the site is:

The contents of the Music Research Web Site includes

- -music research bibliographic lists
- -on-line dictionaries, thesauri, encyclopedia, and almanacs
- -links to music research organizations, groups, and labs

- -web site development tools including music graphic sites
- -links to antivirus web sites
- -professional organizations that support music research

The Music Research Web Site employs the latest in high density information
display and is database driven.  The web pages of the site are created by a
database at the time the user clicks the particular type of information.
This assures the most accurate links possible and the easy addition of new
links.
