EUROPEAN SOCIETY FOR THE COGNITIVE SCIENCES OF MUSIC

MUSICAE SCIENTIAE

New initiative

Within the framework of our special issues dedicated to thematic subjects,

MUSICAE SCIENTIAE
intends to publish periodically

DISCUSSION FORUMS

devoted to commentaries on a target article or a book. Such issues will
result either from invited discussion workshops or will be notified in a
special call for papers which will specify the proposed subject.
Prospective authors should note that the articles must be conceived as
extended commentaries on, or critique of, the article or book concerned.

In conformance with best practice, contributions (between 2.000 and 4.000
words in length) will be subject to the regular review process. Papers that
are accepted will be published in a special volume, either in French, German
or English (for supplementary details, see Information for authors, 3rd
cover page).
